The first photo of two makes me thinking of asteroid which is orbiting around the sun.
The second one is a rookie solo singer on the stage facing numerous audiences, and it’s not hard to imagine her feeling.

As the annual theme of summer, Lotus Series become a challenge of mine. Being different with my nature / landscape works, I can free my mind by using any photographing skills to shoot them. This year, I used a speedlight to contour their beautiful curves, and the raindrops added more moods to them.
作为每年都会拍摄的主题，荷花已经被我视为一种挑战，和拍摄传统的自然/风景作品不同，这种静物总是让我有一种挑战的欲望，也许是因为它的美丽吧。那些不断挑战人像/人体摄影的摄影师们是不是也是一样的感受？
与玫瑰、月季不同，它们的美让我觉得纤细、敏感和脆弱，但荷花给我的印象就是坚强，大概因为荷花总是盛开在我们这里的雨季吧。
今年的荷花作品基本都是低调作品，我尝试了唯美和叙事的不同镜头风格，后面会陆续出现。
