Behind These Abstract Works 06
As its title, it was shot just by the roadside where was a field fulled of Lupins ( they are perfect objects to create abstract works because of their colors and texutre), I hold my camera and shake it in several directions, only this shot was not so ABSTRACT, it kept some recognizable reality elements: the road, field and fences.
It had not been drawn my attention that time before I changed it colors. I just clicked the presets button to test which one could be interesting, then it showed up.
I love this color tint, without any reason.
So it was a coincidence, but it just is the core of abstract, isn’t it?
Behind These Abstract Works 05
When using ICM to creat abstract works there must have a movement method, pan your camera up and down or left and right, rotate it, shake it etc., so movement is the key word, by moving camera with different intentions different results created, but they are so randomly even you have clear intentions, those results always surprise you.
That’s how I got the Reflections of Spring.
I did have a intention to shake and pan camera to create an dreamy colorful work, but I found the result was beyond of my imagination. It shows an impressionism style in its textures which are like the reflections of environment in a lake or river. By boosting clarity and color saturation, they enhanced the textures to make it more close to an impressionism work.
